We've found that having up-to-date documents on hand allows us to respond quickly to requests and keeps regulators happy.

Regardless of how your business is structured, everyone will need to provide a valid government issued photo ID and social security numbers for everyone who's authorized to conduct business or sign on the account. You will also need an IRS Employer Identification Number unless it indicates you can utilize the owner's social security number.
